Fitness Fun

Join us on Thursdays for some fitness fun. Each week we'll do an activity for 45-60 minutes that gets us outside and refreshing our bodies.

We may do a hike, a walk, a 5k run/walk, or a labyrinth walk. Its just a time to get up, grab a friend, and stretch our bodies. Spiritual Wellness includes physical health (and physical health helps spiritual wellness)
