This book is designed to take 28 days as you carefully look at your experiences in the world and become vulnerable as you seek to discover how you can become a better citizen and neighbour. It's a great book to work through with another person or in a small group setting

This is a fantastic resource to help you discover the rich history of spiritual discipline. He helps you figure out a relationship with God that is based on spiritual growth, rather than a legalist life.
There is also a study guide that complements the book and allows you to really dive deep into spiritual formation
